You can submit your site here: http://www.google.com/addurl/ , but you also want to do some research on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) because although you can get listed (and Google will find you no matter what). The key is to get listed as high as possible in the results...SEO. I don't know much about it and am learning myself.

Hi Rick, I have to say I used all these services. You can add one to the list,
its Google Dashboard. Google Dashboard gives you all the information Google has on you. Its cool.

Seriously though, great list as always, Rick. And if anyone doesn’t use email they should sign up today. And while their at it, ditch any other email provider they are using. I am such a Google fanboy.

Hey thanks for the list. I guess I look at my igoogle page 1000/day and never noticed the “news” button. And sure didn’t know about goog-411. Thanks for the info. PS, how can they deploying such great services for free?

I love gmail, however, I am having major problems lately with page loads and script errors. I have tried changing my anti virus, eliminating add on (but what’s the point of Firefox if you can’t have add on’s??) and nothing is working. Firefox becomes a resource hog. The problem only occurs in gmail. I don’t want to have to convert to IE because gmail is screwing up my browser…any help would be awesome.

Other than that, great article.
