If you push Ctrl+Alt+Del on your keyboard, you will probably see that there is an item labeled: iexplore in the Processes list. That is Internet Explorer and something is causing it to hang up and not close properly. RIGHT click and End Process on it to close it out. Then try out my tip here to try and solve the problem: Reset Internet Explorer

i have a question , i been reading the comments, maybe you know what my problem is here, my Avg window pops up , saying to close my internet explorer, it is using too much memory ,i dont seem to understand, thanks for your help

If you are using Windows Vista or 7, use the Microsoft Security Essentials product instead…you can download it from another computer and transfer it to a USB drive or CD. If you are using Windows XP, use the AVAST antivirus. I have links and instructions to both of them in the right sidebar. Make sure to uninstall AVG before installing these products. Good luck.

hey sorry to write this a year late but hell!! i’m having problem with my avg today!!!
anyways plz help me out i don’t know much abt computers so please reply in real easy wordsno technical terms plz
