		<description>If you push Ctrl+Alt+Del on your keyboard, you will probably see that there is an item labeled:  iexplore  in the Processes list. That is Internet Explorer and something is causing it to hang up and not close properly. RIGHT click and End Process on it to close it out. If you are using Windows XP, use the AVAST antivirus. I have links and instructions to both of them in the right sidebar. Make sure to uninstall AVG before installing these products.
