		<description><![CDATA[Lately, more than a few people have had trouble with missing file names in the thumbnail view of some of their folders. It isn't entirely apparent why this happens, but fortunately the cure is pretty simple. If you are one of the poor souls who happens to be missing their file names, follow these steps:
<br />
<ol>
  <li>Open the offending folder to see the thumbnails</li>
  <li>Click View from the menus (or the view button on the toolbar), and click Details</li>
  <li>Hold the SHIFT key down on your keyboard and Click View from the menus (or the view button on the toolbar), and click Thumbnails</li>
</ol>
<p>
  <br />You should now see thumbnails with file names under them.

		<description><![CDATA[<p>A caller recently inherited a computer with a password enabled for getting into Windows. Here are two ways to disable or delete the required password.</p><p>1. Turn on the computer.</p><p>2. Immediately begin pressing the F8 key over and over in about half second intervals.</p><p>3. A menu will come up asking how you want to boot - choose SAFE MODE.</p><p>4. Windows will come up with two user accounts, click on the Administrator account.</p><p>5.
