I came across your post on stumbleupon and must say it’s truly awesome. I myself am an expert with the windows operating system and have taught classes in the past. You wouldn’t believe the amount of people who use a computer at work every day and barely know how to use it because they don’t like “this computer crap.” If everyone who had to use a computer for their job really went through these easy to follow instruction sets you’d see a lot less calls to tech support.

Excellent job Rick. I will forward this to my less than tech savvy friends! Do you have anything to help people through the nightmare transition from office 2003 to too7?

Thank for for this extensive Boot Camp guide. I learned a lot from it, and my husband should profit greatly as well.

We have finally gone to high speed internet from dial up–no choices until now. Now we can both look at your videos and download the security software you suggest. Thank you for being there all these years. Sue
