You can do that on the iPhone by creating a Notepad document with the info you want, then use the screenshot utility built-in to the iPhone (pushing the front and top button simutaneously), then set that screenshot as your wallpaper in the Settings. There might be a more elegant way to do that with an app…try searching the app store in iTunes.

When I saw the title I was refering to the one where you slide the bar, not the one showing all of the applications. I have security set up on ours, but say I left my phone in a cab. I’d like someone to be able to turn it on and see it belongs to me, and how to contact me.

On the BlackBerry you could customize the fist screen.

What a great idea! Our household bought 2 and we are hooked! We are having fun learning all about the apps downloads etc. I do have a question regarding the music download. Ilogged onto iTunes..paid for the download..and it worked fine. Then later, had to sync in at the computer and for some reason the music download went to the computer. I can not get that music file back on my iPhone. Can you advise? THANKS so much!

In your iTunes on your computer, any of the music listed there that has a checkmark next to it should be syncing with your iPhone.

I did see the checkmark on the playlist..then I clicked the box that read..sync all music checked. It was on manual. I changed it to auto. Then it did the sync-ing.
