He took it to a big box store as well with the initials BB and their computer experts under the initials GS and got charged $350 to get rig of some malware. Well long story short I had to undo all the changes made to his computer by GS. I was infuriated after hearing what the issue had cost him. He had a newer computer so RAM wasn't an issue. My point was that I agree that the big box stores don't have the customer's best interest in mind. That's why I'm glad that guys like you and Adam exist.
