I tried to contact gmail to ask about it and could not as I outlined above. About once a week or so their spam filter will list a site that is not spam and I have been getting for months or longer. I also use Yahoo email and have been getting many error messages from them and I send in the report to them but nothings seems to change. Most are code 4, I also have many problems getting help from Yahoo !! Your videos are nice but I wish there was a way to enlarge the picture. If you have Microsoft Outlook installed (part of Microsoft Office), uninstall it and then you should get the import/export function back again.
