For the past two days, all of my emails that contain pictures have little boxes indicating there are pictures, but I am unable to see the pictures. How do I fix this?

Gmail does not have the advantages of Outlook in that Outlook uses Word applications such as auto capitalization, auto spell check and one can even get dictionary definitions. I often forget to use spell check in Gmail and later regret it. No problem in Outlook. When will Gmail catch up?

Rick, lately I have been unable to forward any emails that have pictures in them. When I hit the forward button, the text remains in the email, but the pictures are replaced with little tiny red x’s. What has changed?

I just upgraded to Windows 7. Everything is fine and I might add I have outlook 97 and it works fine. However I cannot use Gmail through Google now? How can I fix that?

Hello Tony. We referred you to the site for finding out how to use Gmail…to remove Outlook from your system, go to the Control Panel and Add/Remove Programs (Programs and Features)

We spoke last week when you were on KAFM . I had questions about using G-mail with Outlook. You suggested I eliminate Outlook and use only G-mail. I’m not sure how it got set up this way in the first place. You told me to go to your web site to find the way to remove Outlook. Were do I find it on your site?

If you are using AOL’s web based email, you won’t be able to do the RIGHT click trick any longer. Instead, click the “Attach” button in AOL (usually a paper clip), then navigate and click on your file.
