I have used gmail since it came out and love it. I have other accounts with other providers, but gmail picks up these and I can read them all from my gmail account.

HOW DO I GET RID OF OUTLOOK EXPRESS? I have tried every thing I can think of to uninstall it from my computer. The next time I look, there it is again. Sue

Outlook Express and Internet Explorer are part of Windows and can't be removed. Just ignore their icons and remove the desktop ones...that's the best you can do.

How can you ignore Outlook or whatever, when that is where your email is received when sent to Rick@ AOL.com or whoever your internet provider might be? Your friends have used this address hitherto but don't have your G-mail or have you told them all? John.

When I open Device Manager there are no entries. Just a white screen. Is there a quick fix for this or would I have to go as far as to reinstall windows? I am running XP Home. Tom

To fix your problem, follow these steps:

1.	Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.
2.	Double-click Plug and Play.

If you receive a Configuration Manager message, click OK.
3.	In the Startup Type list, click Automatic, and then click OK.
4.	Close Services.
5.	Restart the computer.
