It is unlike the couch potato game systems like XBox and PlayStation in that you play by actually moving the controllers. In this case the kids were boxing. There are dozens of games available for the wii, but the kids love the wii sports game that the system comes with a lot. The sports game comes with baseball, bowling, golf, boxing and some fitness activities. It is a lot of fun and simple for people of any age to play.
