We have at least two neighbors that know about the site and even subscribe to the news letter. In fact one of them told me about your site and got me started with you. I don't go into your site every day but do go at least twice a week and when I have computer questions - I go into your site to find the answer. Most times I can find what I want. Sometimes I have to hunt for a while but the information is there. I get after people all time to go to your site but they just don't seem to think. I've had lots of people out there ask either me or my wife things and I look it up in your site and send them the link. I also encourage them to subscribe to the newsletter and the "feedblitz" - just don't know how to get them to use the site - IT"S GREAT. The how-to videos do work well for me. I need the written instructions as well cause I have trouble remembering the steps to go through just from the video but like to read the instructions then watch the video. I can then print out the instructions and usually get done what ever it is although sometimes I have to go back and watch the video again before it all soaks in. I wish very much that sometime when you are in Raton - you would come by and visit with us. We are still newcomers to the area (moved here in Nov.1999)but the coffee is on at this house 24 hours a day and if you'll give me 1/2 hour notice will sure have a beer (or two or three) for you. Would like to discuss some things with you about computers. Nothing binding or important right now but things like the operating systems that are available - that are not windows. Also some questions about GMail. We want to pay you for your time too - not meaning we want something for nothing.
