If all homescreen icon locations are being used because you have the maximum available icons, the option dissapears.

Just delete one of the icons to free up an empty spot and it should now show the option.

The exact same thing is happening to me. On the phone with Apple IT now trying to get “add to home screen” option added back to phone.

You are in Safari when trying this right? If so, I also have the latest software updates and it works fine. Have you tried shutting down your iPhone totally, and restarting it?

It is when I use the “+” key to create a shortcut on the iphone home screen. I use this in the past but the option “add to home screen” is not showing up after I upgraded to the latest software. I tried my wife’s iphone and it is still available since she has not updated her software. Can you verify it for me. Thanks.
