I called them, there Anti virus support team, Microsoft and anyone else I could talk to. No one could fix this problem for me. I typed "I can't change my background picture" into my MSN browser search box (if that's what it's called) i'm a newbee, remember. You gave me a solution that first said "WARNING: IT IS TO ONLY TO BE CARRIED OUT BY AN EXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN OR COMPUTER USER WITH REGISTRY EXPERIENCE." I was so frustrated by this problem I figured, if I screw my computer up, I would get out the CD and reload my operating system and you know what a job that is, getting your computer back to the point it was at. IT WORKED!!!! You are a GENIUS, a computer GOD. I can't tell you how happy I am that it worked and the fact that I could do it myself, with your help. Thank You sooooo much for your help.
