I find the address book very helpful. I have i.d. blocking, however, so I have to enter more than one telephone # for the contacts. If I only have the *82 number I use to call them, I can’t send them SMSs and on incoming calls the caller i.d. doesn’t recognize their number.

I list store hours, if different from the norm. Restaurant menu comments, iced tea good or bad, etc. It’s easier to reference this info from a Contacts list than from a Memo or other.
