I had one advantage that helped me learn: I have 4-5 clients who are totally blind so I have to teach them using shortcuts and learned from them. They get around a Windows PC faster than many of my sighted clients!! One quick Firefox or tabbed browsing shortcut that works well is Ctrl+Tab to toggle through open tabs!
