Your email is slow because of your provider...I'll bet your accessing their web based system which is outdated and extremely slow. Firefox is a browser and NOT a security product...although it is safer to use than Internet Explorer. Good luck. I currently have Webroot AntiVirus with Anti Spyware which has done a pretty decent job of protecting my computer, but I've noticed recently that my e-mail is very slow. Reading it, deleting it, everything in my e-mail is slow. My friends have all recommended that I get AVG (and others have also recommended c-cleaner, adaware, etc), and have said I can run that in addition to the Webroot for extra security. I was wondering if that was true and if you would recommend doing that, along with the c-cleaner and adaware or any other things and how to do them. They have also recommended Firefox.
