I used to have an address back at the bottom of the screen and when I added the Google tool bar I lost the address at the bottom. What can I do to get it back?

The only problem Mr. Stout, is that there are too many sheisters who take advantage of this technique and purposely register slightly misspelled sites and then poor junk on your computer when you arrive. The Address Bar is best. And I have to disagree on the generational comment, using the search box for navigating the web is used by folks across all generational lines.

I always type an address or letters that are close to the address in Google. There, you can tpye fast and not accurate and get the correct address. If you blow the spelling and other nonsense in name in address bar , you get nothing. Over the long run google is faster. A GENERATION THING FOR OLD PEOPLE.

Why not go one step farther, and remind her to add it to her list of favorites once she is on the correct home page for whatever she was looking for?
