  3. Thanks for the tour. My sound stops momentarily every so many seconds, then after a few seconds of silence comes back on and continues. Is this normal? Larry Wild wild2@acsol.net.

  6. I e-mailed a question on July 7 about how my computer is very slow
    shutting down. I have not seen any reply (perhaps you did not reply).
    Is there somewhere on this page where you post replies? Or was my question not replied too? If you have a moment will you please send me a quick e-mail to answer. You have helped me in many areas before, but this one is bugging me. LOL.

  7. Hi… love your radio show. you guys are tops. I have gained a lot from listing from your shows.

    I have a question. I have an about 4 year old gateway with windows xp.
    my problem is, I have a long time to shut down my computer. I am on of those that shuts my computer down at night. It takes about 5 min or so to get the box that says: shut down, restart, or cancel and another 3 min or so to actually shut down. Is this caused by limited RAM or something else or???? could you give me a quick diagnosis please? My name is Rick Hughes. rhughes@cinci.rr.com.
