I have gained a lot from listing from your shows. I have a question. I have an about 4 year old gateway with windows xp. my problem is, I have a long time to shut down my computer. I am on of those that shuts my computer down at night. It takes about 5 min or so to get the box that says: shut down, restart, or cancel and another 3 min or so to actually shut down. Is this caused by limited RAM or something else or???? could you give me a quick diagnosis please?
