Hope you can help me, I’m using windows xp service pack 3 with outlook express & I’m very happy with it.Should I leave well enough alone or can I get g mail & USE 2 EMAIL accounts ?

I bought a new computer with Windows 7 home premium. I wish I had kept my old
computer. I simply hate Windows 7. My
Windows XP had more to offer. I hope
Windows 8 is an improvement.Outlook Express was great. Why change something that works??????????

It’s unbelievable that these days the most recent and severly expensive MS operating system fails to provide not a full featured email propgram, but not even a truncated email provide that can migrate old mail sensibly. Shame on Microsoft!

I’m not a fan of Gmail… One thing I really hate is they won’t allow you to reply to all, UNLESS you have sent them a reply once individually and added them into your contact list first! Also they limit the amount of emails you can send per a 24 hour period… Doesn’t that just blow? Gmail is NOT user friendly unless you are a complete computer geek and know all Gmail and Google ways.

I have been trying to download Incredimail for weeks. I keep getting a 2738 error message. I used to have it a few years ago, now I don’t and can’t get it. Any suggestions?

Am having troubles with Windows Live on my 32-bit Windows 7. Tried to fix it by upgrading to Windows Live Essentials but I’m not a happy camper…don’t like it at all. I don’t need all the stuff they force me to have. Sounds like Gmail is the way to go. It’s free? My email address will change? (Meaning I’ll have to update all accounts to the new one.) I’m not a tech person so I know my questions may sound simplistic…sorry.

Yes, you can maintain your email address with Gmail and import your email address book, but not your email. Old email will be available to you via your old program (or you can transfer old mail to your new computer).
