One thing I really hate is they won't allow you to reply to all, UNLESS you have sent them a reply once individually and added them into your contact list first! Also they limit the amount of emails you can send per a 24 hour period... Doesn't that just blow? Gmail is NOT user friendly unless you are a complete computer geek and know all Gmail and Google ways.
