This week, I answered questions from Jane, Nancy, Jim, John, and Diane. I answered questions about downloading CCleaner updates, protecting a laptop from theft, reinstalling Google Chrome, correcting a spontaneous scrolling mouse, and downloading Quickbooks from the Internet.
