   Hi Rick,I seem to get this error message window in windows defender 0x800106ba. when i got my pc the defender came with my dell pc. I tried to uinstall it , but windows defender doesn’t let me do it , that window keeps popping up.. I also downnloaded shypes, and my pc really slowed down.can you help.Dorothy
