I just found one of the easier, searchable lists of items that can be found in the Startup tab of MSCONFIG. The site also lists whether or not it can be or should be removed from your startup. Click here to visit the site.
The blank fields are probably not virus related, but they could be spyware. I am sure they are unnecessary and they should be disabled. You won't have any problems.
I have even seen brand new computers with blank items in the Startup tab. I always disable them.
Easy for you. Makes NO sense to me.
I have 41 processes running….sniffle, sob, sob…..
Two of the startup items have totally blank fields under the startup item column and the Command column.
What does this mean? Could it be a virus?
