Starting today, I will be posting a minimum of one email from your submissions here on the web site in addition to my regular weekly feature Rick Answers His Email Videocast. I will title them all the same way and they will have their own category you can access from the Category list on the right of every page here at HelpMeRick.com. I will also include the original email (via submissions from the Ask a question form listed at the top of every page here at HelpMeRick.com).

I have been trying to find the right download for free foxit for my other computer but it keep bringing to other foxit purchase, can you help

ANSWER:

Hello Raymond. You were extremely close to finding the answer. Your question gives me the opportunity to let everyone who visits in on a feature that moved, but became even more accessible with my new redesign.

Since I started my web site nearly 14 years ago, I always included a Links and Resources section to give visitors quick access to the products and services I recommend most often. With the new site, those invaluable links are listed on every page throught out the HelpMeRick.com site. You will find the Links & Resources in the right hand column just to the right of this article.

I pulled out the all important security links of that section and am able to put them under their own heading since it is too easy to get snookered into downloading a product that isn’t real.

You will find the FoxIt reader (an extremely fast and capable replacement to Adobe Reader), listed in that list.

Thanks for writing.

Rick
