Google recently rolled out a system wide update to all Gmail users that offers the ability to complete your sentences for you or even add full options for replies to other emails. Smart Reply and Smart Compose are the names of these features.
I find them to be helpful and am getting used to using them on some of my email and see where they can save loads of time over time. Many others, however, find them to be annoying or creepy. In that spirit, I put together a short video demonstrating how to disable either or both of these features.
If you come across other questions or features you would like to know more about and think it would be a good topic for a how-to video, leave a comment below and I’ll consider it for a future tip!
