If you work on computers, or you have an old copy of McAfee on your computer, you will definitely want to download the McAfee Consumer Removal Tool and run it.

Hello,
First to say, I primarily use the Chrome browser. This week, I’ve been bombarded with constant pop ups (on all 3 browsers, Firefox, n IE) of the outdated adobe flash plugin. I hesitated, because I couldn’t see how to omit the McAfee add on. I finally relented.
My question is, should I now UN-install McAfee? Or simply leave it installed???
I already have Avast, Spybot, Malwarebytes, & CCleaner. How much more protection, do I really need???
Thanx heaps for any response.
You can remove it by going to your Add/Remove programs. It will be listed there and you can remove it. Good luck.
